The agreement between your business and Servd. Please read it — using Servd means you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Servd, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be authorized to bind your business and be of legal age to enter a contract.
2. Accounts & responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate business, menu, and tax information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for staff you invite and the permissions you grant them.
- You must comply with the food-safety, tax, and consumer laws that apply to your business.
3. Subscription & billing
Servd is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing period, and limits (locations, staff seats) are shown at checkout and in your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Payments & payouts
Card processing is performed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Servd facilitates settlement of your customers' payments to your nominated account, net of processing fees and any platform fee disclosed in your plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for chargebacks and refunds arising from your orders.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Servd for unlawful goods, fraud, or money laundering.
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the platform.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
We may suspend accounts that breach this section to protect the platform, the people ordering, or other food businesses.
6. Service availability
Servd is a cloud-based service that requires an internet connection to operate. We work hard to keep it online, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and live status are posted on our .
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our .
