Your role is the ceiling
A connection can never exceed the person who made it. A kitchen login connected to an assistant still can't change a price — that tool doesn't exist for it. Demote someone and their connection loses the same access on its next question.
Money asks first
Refunds, payouts, staff invites and deactivations refuse to run until you agree to that exact action, in that conversation. An assistant cannot infer your yes from anything else.
